A camp on the water, twenty holiday apartments on the lake and property management for owners. All ours, all on Lake Maggiore.
We are a family in Maccagno, not a chain. Everything here is either ours or looked after by us – from the pitch on the shore to the apartment in Luino.
Stay by the water
THE CAMP
Tiny houses and camping pitches right on the lakeshore in Maccagno. Our own beach, a beach bar, quiet from 10 pm.
- SUPs, bikes and WiFi are included
- Reception open from 09:00 to 22:00
- Dogs are welcome
- Day pass for day guests: €20 per person

MAGGIORE SUITES
Twenty apartments between Maccagno, Luino and Castelveccana. We know every one of them, because we look after them ourselves.
- Lake view, balcony, garden or pool – depending on the apartment
- From a studio to a house for six
- Book directly with the host, no platform fees
- Every address is at most 25 minutes from the camp
For owners
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
You own a place on the lake and want to rent it out without being here yourself? We have done exactly that for years – for our own apartments and for others.
- Listings, pricing and occupancy across all channels
- Cleaning, laundry and handover on site
- Guest communication in German, English and Italian
- Reporting duties: CIN, Alloggiati Web, Ross1000, tourist tax
