Brezzo di Bedero sits above the western shore, a quiet village between Porto Valtravaglia and Luino. This apartment belongs to a villa on the slope, surrounded by garden and old trees – from up here you look across the tiled roofs to the lake and the mountains behind it.

Outside

A paved terrace with a red table and folding chairs, half in the shade of a palm, and a balcony with a wrought-iron railing and an open view south over the lake. Breakfast outside is the rule here, not the exception.

Living and cooking

Inside, tall bright rooms with board floors, an oriental rug and a dark leather sofa in front of the windows. The kitchen is new: white fronts, green tiles, oven, fridge and a patterned cement-tile floor.

Sleeping and bathing

One bedroom with a double bed and a window onto greenery. The bathroom has a free-standing tub, a timber vanity and a patterned tiled floor.

Good to know

Designed for two. Air conditioning, WiFi and a TV are provided, a travel cot on request. Free parking at the house. No minimum stay. The village is on the slope – Luino is ten minutes by car, Porto Valtravaglia five.
