Same address as the neighbouring apartments, but the opposite inside: here everything is bright. White walls, pale floors, indirect light in the dropped ceiling, and one large colourful painting above the dining table. A recently renovated flat for two, two hundred metres from the water.

Living and cooking

One room where sitting, eating and cooking come together: a kitchen run with hob, oven and fridge, and a round table for two in front of it. Air conditioning, WiFi and a TV are included.

Sleeping

One bedroom with a double bed, open wardrobe and two bedside lamps. Quietly placed – the windows do not face the through road.

Outside

A French balcony looking across the street to the mountains, and the shared covered seating area behind the house, with its long stone table under old timber.

Good to know

The bathroom is new, with a level-access shower. Washing machine in the apartment. Pets are welcome and a travel cot is available on request. Minimum stay three nights. Luino is a ten-minute walk over the bridge.
