A hundred and twenty square metres on one level, for up to six people. What sets this apartment apart is not inside it but in the building: a private gym and a coworking area, both open to guests. On Lake Maggiore that is unusual.
Living and cooking
A long, bright living room with a sofa arrangement, a TV and a dining table, and behind it an open kitchen with an island, extractor, oven and a large fridge. A hallway with a glass-block wall ties it together.
Sleeping and bathing
Three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a curtain across the doorway, one with a double bed and an antique writing desk, one lighter with a double bed and an armchair. Two bathrooms, one with a large level-access shower and a stone vanity.
Outside and around
Two balconies, air conditioning throughout, private parking included. Milan is an hour by car, Locarno forty minutes, Stresa an hour – a good base for trips in three directions.
Good to know
A desk with WiFi in the apartment, plus the coworking area in the building. Washing machine provided. Pets are welcome. No minimum stay.
