On the southern edge of Luino, above the lake and looking onto the wooded slopes behind: a large apartment for six in which six people can actually live without treading on each other. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and living space that is spread out rather than stacked.
Living and cooking
A bright living room with a large corner sofa, a bookcase and brass lamps, and beside it a solid timber table under three pendant lights. The kitchen is a household kitchen, not a holiday one: a big gas range, dishwasher, American fridge, open shelves full of glasses and plates.
Sleeping and bathing
Three bedrooms, each different: one with a double bed and a dark grey headboard, one in turquoise, one with timber shutters and a reading lamp. Two bathrooms, one with a level-access shower and a wide vanity.
Outside
A balcony with a timber table looking over meadows to the mountains, plus a terrace with a gas grill. In summer you eat out here, not inside.
Good to know
Air conditioning, washing machine, WiFi and a desk are provided, and there is an EV charging point at the house. Pets are welcome. Minimum stay five nights – this apartment is built for longer stays. Luino is five minutes by car.
