The largest apartment in the portfolio, and the only one with a roof terrace of its own. It sits right on Piazza Imbarcadero in Porto Valtravaglia, where the boat comes in, and runs over two levels up into the roof.
The roof terrace
A deck wrapping around above the rooftops, with a timber bench, lounge furniture and a long dining table under the overhang. The lake lies across its full width in front of you, the mountains of the Piedmont shore behind. In the evening this is where all twelve end up.
Living and cooking
Inside the rooms are generous and bright: a long dining table with green velvet chairs at floor-length windows, a second living area with a sofa arrangement and an arc lamp, and a long kitchen run with a black worktop and induction. A second counter with bar stools separates kitchen from dining.
Sleeping and bathing
Six bedrooms, four of them with queen-size beds, spread over both levels – nobody has to walk through someone else's room. Four bathrooms, all new, with level-access showers and large mirrors. Several rooms have windows onto the lake.
Good to know
Not all six bedrooms have been photographed. The apartment fully sleeps the twelve guests stated; we only show here what has actually been shot. Free parking, a desk with WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning. Pets are welcome. Minimum stay three nights.
