In addition to the booked accommodation (Tiny House Deluxe, Tiny House Luxury, Middle Pitch, Front Pitch, and Tent Pitch), the accommodation fee includes the use of the bathhouse, SUP rental, Wi-Fi, electricity, tourist tax, and a welcome drink.

The campsite is located in Maccagno directly by the water. You can check the exact location on Google Maps.

We welcome campers with tents, caravans, motorhomes, and tent awnings.

Regular check-in should be completed by 8:00 PM. If you should arrive later, just let us know.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

It's best to book a pitch through our user-friendly booking system.

For online reservations, we only accept credit or debit cards. Payment on-site can be made with both credit/debit cards and cash.

Campers with a vehicle that is 7 meters or longer should contact us directly via email or WhatsApp after completing their booking. We will then assign the appropriate pitch internally.

All Tiny Houses are fully equipped. They include towels, bed linen, and everything a well-equipped kitchen needs.

THE CAMP features a cafe/bar and a beach bar (open on weekends from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

THE CAMP bathhouse offers the following sanitary facilities:

• 6 separate bathrooms with a shower and toilet
• 2 separate bathrooms with a bathtub, television, and toilet
• 2 toilets in the outdoor area

THE CAMP Bar provides the following sanitary facilities:

• 2 toilets

In addition, there is:

• 1 accessible toilet

There are multiple power connections throughout the campsite, ensuring that each pitch has easy access to electricity.

THE CAMP offers the following leisure facilities:

• Table tennis
• SUP rental
• eFoils rental

In the vicinity, you'll find the following public facilities:

• Basketball court
• Soccer field
• Skate park
• Calisthenics park
• Climbing wall

Stable and fast Wi-Fi via Starlink is available throughout the entire THE CAMP area.

Pets are welcome. There is a daily fee of €5.00 for all pets.

Regular check-in is from 3:00 PM. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Additional vehicles can be parked in the nearby public parking lot.

Maccagno is very safe. The local police patrol regularly.

On the Italian side of Lake Maggiore, the following water sports trips are possible:

• Boat rental (up to 40 HP without a boating license)
• Windsurfing
• Kitesurfing
• SUPs
• Wakeboarding
• Water skiing

There are many hiking and biking trails. We recommend the Komoot app.

We place a strong emphasis on waste separation and work closely with the local community to preserve Lake Maggiore for everyone.

Waste is separated carefully and collected weekly.

Our season periods at 'The Camp' are as follows (each season has a different price):

• Low season: April 1st to April 30th / October 4th to November 30th
• Mid-season: May 1st to July 2nd / September 11th to October 3rd
• High season: July 3rd to September 10th

The reception at THE CAMP is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The campsite itself is accessible all day. Please respect the quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM.
